MilliSprout terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and MilliSprout ("we") for using MilliSprout. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
What MilliSprout is, and isn't
MilliSprout helps you practise personal skills (like noticing your feelings, focusing or making decisions) through short lessons, practices and a garden that grows as you do.
MilliSprout is not therapy, medical care or crisis support. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, therapist or counsellor. If you're in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line straight away.
Who can use it
- You must be 13 or older.
- MilliSprout is only offered in some countries, and not where the law requires a parent's permission for someone your age.
- The information you give at sign-up (age range and country) must be true.
- If you're 13–17, AI features are turned off for you.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. See how to delete your account.
The AI coach (18+)
- Coach replies are written by an AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or not right for you. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions.
- If a reply seems harmful, wrong or offensive, tap Report this reply under it. We review reports to improve safety.
- Don't use the coach to try to get harmful content, or to harass, deceive or hurt anyone.
- The coach has a daily limit, and we may change or pause it.
What you write
What you write (reflections, notes and messages) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run MilliSprout for you, as the privacy policy describes. We don't sell it or use it for ads.
Credits, shop and garden
Credits are earned in the app and can only be spent on garden items in the app. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and are removed if you delete your account.
Fair use
Please don't:
- break the law or anyone else's rights while using MilliSprout
- try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or get into other people's accounts
- use bots or scripts to earn credits or progress
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.
Our content
The lessons, art, characters and app are ours or used with permission. You can use them for your own personal growth, but not copy, sell or republish them.
Changes and availability
We keep improving MilliSprout, so features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
Liability
We work hard to make MilliSprout helpful and safe, but it's provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on the app or the coach. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Ending
You can stop using MilliSprout and delete your account at any time.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [country/state], unless the consumer laws where you live say otherwise.
